Pastor Tylisha Cobb is the ordained leader and Pastor of Impact Empowerment Outreach Ministries (IEOM),

a ministry dedicated to merging Ministry and Community to bring the gospel beyond the church walls.

With a heart for outreach, Pastor Ty is committed to reaching shelters, hospitals, and underserved

communities—spreading the love of Christ to those who need it most. Born and raised in Washington, DC,

Pastor Ty has been deeply rooted in faith since birth. She grew up spiritually under the leadership of

Bishop Herman Ginwright of the Highway Christian Church organization, where she was nurtured

in ministry from a young age.

Pastor Ty was always active in her church, from singing in the choir to serving as a junior usher. She also participated

in stage plays written and produced by her mother, Evangelist Laurie Manning, and later became her church's

organization's National Youth Council Choir Director. Even as a child, she embraced her calling as a missionary—bringing

friends to church and sharing the love of Christ in the  classroom.

 

Beyond the church walls, Pastor Cobb has been a powerful voice for the gospel, ministering in malls, on film sets, at

fashion events, and even in retail stores while on the clock. A celebrity makeup artist, producer, author, and entrepreneur,

she has seamlessly merged faith with her career, using every opportunity to pray, prophesy, and introduce unbelievers

to Christ. When God speaks, Pastor Ty moves—laying hands and interceding whenever and wherever the Spirit leads.

Her journey in the beauty and media industry was always part of God’s plan, allowing her to reach souls in unexpected

places. Her ministry is deeply rooted in community, and her vibrant spirit, relatable personality, and effortless style reflect

that you can be both saved and stylish.

Pastor Ty’s prophetic gift was recognized early on by her grandmother, Evangelist Albertha Cobb, who believed it would

be powerful. That prophecy came to fruition as Pastor Ty launched IMPACT on her birthday, February 7, 2023,

creating a safe space for women. Within a year, countless lives were saved, healed, and baptized. During the Impact

Revival in October 2023, Apostle Johnson confirmed her readiness for a higher calling. On April 27, 2024, just three weeks

after her grandmother’s passing, Pastor Ty was ordained as the Pastor of Impact Empowerment Outreach Ministries

(IEOM)—fulfilling her divine purpose.
